Two wet fish trawlers, the Territory Pearl (27.5 metres) and Noble Pearl (26 metres), fish in the Great Australian Bight Trawl Fishery, delivering product such as Flathead and Bight Red Fish on a weekly basis to domestic markets. These two vessels unload in Ceduna on South Australia’s west coast. Raptis’ latest vessel acquisition is the Nordic Pearl (34.9metres); a freezer trawler which also fishes in the GAB, however, on longer thirty day trips, delivering frozen product to domestic and international markets. The fourth Raptis Southern Vessel, the Anna Pearl, trawls for King Prawns, Bugs and Calamari in the Gulf St. Vincent, during six weeks a year. Each vessel produces globally renowned seafood under the ‘Ocean Pearl’ brand.
